Situated in Albufeira, (the heart of the Algarve) this is a villa that gives you the choice. It benefits from five bedrooms, which means that it can sleep 10 quite comfortably.

It is spacious, light and airy, and furnished in true Algarvian style, but with a modern feel. 

Living Room

Living/dining room has plasma TV that receives plenty of Sky channels. For more entertainment choices, there's a mini-stack system, A DVD player and a Playstation.

There's plenty of seating, with three sofas and dining is taken care of by a table with six chairs. 

Bedrooms

Five to choose from, with one having en-suite bathroom facilities.

A home away from home, but with that Mediterranean feel...

Kitchen

With a hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, the kitchen is well-equipped. The adjoining utility room has a further fridge/freezer, freezer and washing machine. 

Bathrooms

Strictly no queuing here, with three bathrooms (one en-suite). 

Outside

The outside area has established shrubs and flowers but the main feature is the lovely swimming pool, dimensioned at a generous 5 by 10 metres. 

Further Afield

You'll have a great choice of bars, clubs and  restaurants all within 10 to 15 minutes from the villa. 

Algarve Shopping, with its large supermarket and selection of designer shops is a mere five minutes away, situated in front of Sir Cliff Richards' own vineyard (from which come his celebrated 'Vida Nova' wines) that can be seen from the rear of the property. 

Of course, being situtated in Albufeira, you will have many beaches from which to choose. That's not to mention the water parks, and Zoo Marine, all within a short distance. Many excursions can be booked, or you can choose just to relax at the villa. 

On arrival, guests will discover a welcome pack with all the basics to get that relaxing Algarve vacation started.
